Deco Publique are a creative practice based by the sea in Morecambe. They work creatively and operationally across a number of disciplines to produce beautiful cultural festivals and creative projects that resonate with audiences and have tangible and lasting impacts. We worked alongside the team for the Vintage by the Sea festival in 2019, securing local, national and international coverage for the annual event.
