Muse Developments and its sister ventures English Cities Fund and Waterside Places have worked with us for more than ten years to promote a number of new residential developments across the North of England in Leeds, Wakefield, Manchester, Doncaster, Stockton-on-Tees and Hucknall.

Often long before a spade hit the ground, we’ve been brought onto the team for a number of schemes, including Granary Wharf in Leeds and Islington Wharf in Manchester, to create a sustained PR campaign that would interest and motivate potential homebuyers, generating new sales leads and creating a sense of place, as the developments continued to take shape.

We have managed fully integrated campaigns across many channels – copywriting for digital and print; content creation, reach and engagement through social media channels; community events and engagement to raise the profile of the schemes in their locations and beyond.

We were recognised by the CIPR, winning a Silver Award for a community event, Gelato in July, designed to attract footfall, enhance the reputation and raise the media profile of Islington Wharf.

Our work there did all of those things but ultimately the measure of our success is to add value to the work of our clients.
